These two gentleman took great care of our home as they did a complete air duct cleaning ! Not only did they do a thorough assessment of the home prior to start, but they explained each part of their process and gave tips on how to ensure future maintenance as well. They are a father and son business that was referred to me by our AC company, and we couldn’t have been happier with their friendliness and high level of professionalism.

Miguel and Brandon were professional, patient, and great to work with! The last time my furnace and vents were serviced and cleaned was when Miguel was still working with the people who came to clean it out, 10+ years ago..... haha. They were quick with their job and walked me through what they were doing which goes to does just how bad we needed their service. I appreciate how transparent they were with their costs, their services, and with their recommendations and suggestions for future cleanings. I would totally use them again for my next cleaning! Wished i had asked Brandon to send me the before and after pictures he took cause it really showed how well they cleaned out my vents!

These guys definitely deserve the 5 star rating. The were on time, efficient, helpful in answering questions, and finished earlier than expected despite my HVAC not being serviced for many years. I also felt that they also were on point with their pricing, fair, and did not try to change anything. They were recommended to me by the heating/furnace company I typically use, and they were well worth the call. We will use their services again in the future for sure.

Great air duct cleaning service, recommended by Glendale Heating and Air out of South Seattle - White Center, Burien, Seatac, Tukwila area. I was glad to see the big truck vacuum service and the two gentlemen were fast, efficient, cost effective and friendly. I only wish I knew in advance that the small vent registers under my sinks would not normally be removed for cleaning. Fortunately I asked and they obliged to redo them after I removed the vent registers and they hooked up their hoses and suction again. I soon understood why the “small under sink vent registers” may not be standard removal & whip cleaning practice though… since a couple vents easily screwed off but one was built into the cabinetry and blocked by flooring, trim boards, and glued down! It makes sense that only the homeowner should be responsible for the work, damage and possible repairs that may result in removing these vent registers. I was thoroughly happy to get the job done fully the first time though, and now I fixed my vent registers so that they are easy to remove for cleaning in the future. I highly recommend Franco Furnace Cleaners for their service and willingness to go the extra mile for me to ensure customer satisfaction.

We needed to have our furnace - vents - dryer vents cleaned- wasn't sure who to get. We contacted our people who service our heat pump- they recommended Franco Furnace Cleaners. Family owned business father and son. They greeted us with a smile and handshake. They did a super job - very professional. We highly recommend this company. I will have them back to clean the dryer vent- next year- they really cleaned it out - couldn't believe the lint that was in my vent. Highly recommend Franco furnace Cleaners- very reasonably.

I recently hired Franco Furnace Cleaners to clean our ducts. It was easy to schedule them, and they showed up right on time. Brandon and Miguel were friendly, and explained what they were doing at each step. As they opened up ducts and air returns, they showed me how much stuff had accumulated, and then showed me what it looked like after they cleaned. Another thing I liked is that the price I was quoted when I scheduled is exactly what I was charged. I am very happy with the service I received, and will definitely use them in the future.

This company is wonderful! I highly recommend them if you need any type of duct/furnace cleaning service. They first came out to help me locate a critter that had crawled into my furnace and died. If i had called an exterminator they would never have found the mole that had died inside my furnace! I had them come back to clean my ducts the next week. They did an excellent job and my house smells great! They are very professional. Thank you Miguel and Brandon! You guys are amazing!

Called late Friday afternoon, they were here Monday morning 9am! Miguel and Brandon were very nice, friendly and respectful. Continually taking their shoes off at the door. They were efficient, quick and incredibly thorough. Explained everything that was done and what time frame we should have them return to maintain a clean oil furnace. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company.
